About Us

RoswellGAMarijuana.clinic — Georgia Medical Cannabis for Roswell GA

Built for Roswell

Roswell is Georgia's ninth-largest city — a community of more than 92,000 residents in northern Fulton County along the Chattahoochee River, part of the greater Atlanta metropolitan area, home to Wellstar North Fulton Hospital and a vibrant dining and arts corridor along Canton Street. RoswellGAMarijuana.clinic is an online directory and telehealth scheduling platform connecting Roswell residents with DPH-registered Georgia physicians for medical cannabis certifications.

We are not a medical practice, dispensary, or pharmacy. We connect patients with qualified DPH-registered physicians and guide them through Georgia's medical cannabis certification and card application process — from Canton Street and East Roswell to Axon, Waller Road, and every Roswell neighborhood.

How We Operate

DPH-Registered Physicians

Every physician on our platform is both licensed in Georgia (MD or DO) and registered with the Georgia Department of Public Health Low THC Oil Registry — the two requirements Georgia law mandates for medical cannabis certification.

HIPAA Protected

All telehealth appointments are conducted on HIPAA-compliant platforms. Roswell patients' health information is handled with complete confidentiality throughout the process.

AMCC & DPH Compliant

Every certification follows AMCC and DPH requirements. The DPH registration fee is paid directly to DPH through the DPH patient portal — not collected by this platform.

How Georgia's Program Works

Georgia's medical cannabis program, administered by the Georgia Access to Medical Cannabis Commission (AMCC) and the Georgia Department of Public Health, requires two steps. A Roswell patient books a real-time video visit with a DPH-registered Georgia physician. The physician evaluates the patient's condition against Georgia's qualifying conditions and, if the patient qualifies, certifies them in the DPH registry. The patient then applies for their Registry Card through the DPH patient portal, pays the registration fee directly to DPH, and receives a 5-year card upon approval. The card allows purchases at any AMCC-licensed dispensary or Georgia Board of Pharmacy-licensed independent pharmacy statewide.

Georgia's Expanded Program Under SB 220

Governor Kemp signed SB 220 — the Putting Patients First Act — on May 12, 2026, effective July 1, 2026. The law significantly expanded Georgia's program: it replaced "low-THC oil" with "medical cannabis," removed the previous 5% THC cap and established a 12,000mg total THC possession limit, added inflammatory bowel disease and lupus as qualifying conditions, and permits patients 21 and older to vaporize medical cannabis products. The program now covers 19 qualifying conditions. Smoking and botanical cannabis flower remain prohibited under Georgia law. Marijuana remains illegal in Georgia — the program provides a lawful pathway only for registered patients with an active DPH Registry Card.
